Dr. Xabier Lopez obtained his Medicine Degree from the ULPGC, Las Palmas de Gran Canarias, Spain, same place where he did his specialist training in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the Insular University Hospital, which included a rota in Barcelona (Sta Pau Hospital) and Oxford (Winston Churchill Hospital).
Developing his career in different places of Spain (Gran Canaria, Algeciras, Santiago de Compostela) and Chile (Serena, Santiago de Chile, Valdivia) which has granted a wider approach to medical practice.
Specially interested in Diabetes, pituitary and thyroid disorders (including thyroid ultrasound).
